Ways to Give to Jefferson Center
Touch the Lives of Many with Your Tax-Deductible Donation

Mental illness is treatable.

We witness recovery everyday, and we are inspired by the stories of people like Kelley:

"Up until a year ago, I have never been stable in my life. I had hospitalizations, numerous therapists, but nothing seemed to work. But in the last year, I feel like I've been standing on solid ground. I can handle stress better and I am much happier overall. I am connecting with people in a whole different way. I work full time, have a beautiful daughter, and I feel better about my future. My dream is to go back to school...I want my daughter to see me as a happy, strong person, and I know with hard work anything is possible."

Each of us probably knows someone struggling with a mental health disorder. Mental illnesses and substance abuse are more common than cancer, diabetes, and heart disease with about one in four adults suffering from a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year.

Jefferson Center for Mental Health, has been here since 1958, and we are here now when people need us. Today, because of your support, we will help improve lives and give hope for the future to individuals and families with mental health issues.

Today, we will...

Make a Difference...Donate Now!And with your support, we can do even more tomorrow.

It is your support that gives us the resources we need to change so many lives, and you should know, too, that it is not just those we serve whose lives you impact. It is their families, their friends, and indeed, the entire community. If you choose to give, your contribution can help us all make a difference in so many people’s lives! So please make a year-end, tax-deductible gift and help us make 2010 our best year yet! A gift from you at any level you are comfortable with will be greatly appreciated. Even a gift at a modest level of $5 or $10 per month can make an enormous difference in the lives of the people we serve. And as a special thanks to our friends and supporters who make an online, tax-deductible gift this year to Jefferson Center for Mental Health, we will send you our 2010 calendar The Art of Hope.
