The program offers a concrete action plan to help someone in crisis connect with appropriate professional, peer and self-help care.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed for adults who regularly interact with young people (ages 12-18). The course introduces the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents and builds an understanding of the importance of early intervention.
