As a program of Jefferson Center for Mental Health, the ROAD is staffed by mental health professionals, interns and volunteers, all of whom are invested in making young adults' time at The ROAD beneficial, fun, and safe.

Our staff strive to maintain a safe environment. The ROAD’s code of conduct, developed by our Youth Advisory Board, emphasizes respect and responsibility for self and others.
