Mental Health First Aid

Do you want to help your employees recognize a range of mental health problems and gain the skills and confidence to help someone in a mental health crisis? Mental Health First Aid offers a concrete action plan to help someone in crisis connect with appropriate professional, peer and self-help care. The course will provide useful skills in both personal and professional settings for all employees. The course can be delivered in either one 8-hour session or two 4-hour sessions. Exercises can be adapted to address the common scenarios you encounter

We offer a variety of course models including:

  • Adult Mental Health First Aid
  • Mental Health First Aid for Veterans
  • Youth Mental Health First Aid – designed for adults who regularly interact with young people (ages 12-18).
