FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE
Not an early riser? That’s OK! You know what work needs to be done, if everything is finished in a timely manner, doesn’t matter what time you do it.
REMOTE WORK OPTIONS
Do you feel a cold coming on, or just don’t want to drive in to the office? No problem, we have remote work options.
Paid time off
13 paid holidays every year.
Not everyone needs the same health benefits. We have two choices of plans (Kaiser or Cigna), to fit your needs.
Delta Dental plan will cover your bi-annual check-ups, cleanings, etc.
EyeMed Vision insurance plan covers exams, lenses and frames.
We will reimburse you up to $125 per month for your health insurance.
LONG & SHORT TERM DISABILITY
If you are sick or hurt for more than ??? days, disability insurance kicks in so you do not have to use up all of your PTO.
We will pay 15% on medical insurance plans for participating employees
Take a yoga class or go to the gym – we will pay you for 1 hour per week if you do something that benefits your wellness. (FTE only)
Supplemental Parental Leave
We want you to take as much time as you need to stay home with the newest addition to your family. Employees with 1 year of service are eligible for up to 60 hours (based on FTE).
TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE LEAVE
??We will give you paid time off if you have to miss work due to a trauma in your life, or someone in your immediate family.??
Hopefully you will never need it, but if you do, we have it covered!
Extended PAID Bereavement Leave
Losing a loved one can be extremely difficult. You should have not have to rush back to work before you’re ready. We will give you up to 20 days paid leave for bereavement.
We will match your contribution (UP TO???). There is also a 403(b) option.
