Sarah Alquist – President & CEO
Sarah brings a dynamic leadership approach rooted in humility, servant leadership, and a steadfast commitment to those in need. Her background includes extensive experience in healthcare policy, business development and strategic growth, equipping her with the skills necessary to navigate the evolving landscape of behavioral health in Colorado. She values the fact that our dedicated staff, partnerships, and the individuals and families we serve are at the core of Jefferson Center’s success, and Sarah is dedicated to empowering people and collaborating for meaningful impact.

Jessica Dunbar, MSPH – Chief Business Development Officer
Jessica is dedicated to helping people live their best life and supporting the connections between mind, body, and community. Throughout her education and career, she has dedicated her time and talent to expanding access to care, especially for vulnerable populations, and implementing transformational innovations in the health care sector to improve community health.
Her experience leading safety net providers as well as focusing on state reform has developed some of the most successful solutions to ensuring care is accessible for all.
Jessica now drives Jefferson Center’s business development strategy, with an eye towards mission-focused opportunities that ensure people have the supports they need in all aspects of life that directly impact positive outcomes for mental health.

Lenya Robinson, MA, LPC – COO
Lenya’s experience and passion are essential to her role and overseeing a number of diverse clinical, operational and quality teams at Jefferson Center.
Prior leadership roles have contributed to a wealth of knowledge that guides decisions to best support and care for the people we serve while also meeting the guidelines required for Colorado’s behavioral health regulatory requirements.
Lenya uses her experiences to help understand and navigate the complexities of community mental health. During her time providing care to children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in the treatment of trauma, as well as all treatment settings, she gained unique perspectives that bring together the goals of meeting the needs of the community while demonstrating operational excellence.
