We offer counseling, assistance in accessing community resources, and support groups for all who have served our country, their families, and their loved ones.
Veteran and Military Family Programs
Our providers are Veterans or military family members and have extensive experience serving Veterans and their families. We work with you to achieve your goals and connect you to the resources and benefits you have earned through military service. For military family members and loved ones, we provide services to support adjustment to life before and during your service member’s deployment, as well as after their return home.

We offer confidential counseling to help with:

  • Life after the military
  • Reintegration following deployments
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Strengthening relationships
  • Managing anger, depression and anxiety
  • Transition from homelessness
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Substance abuse and recovery
  • Grief, loss and bereavement
  • Empowering older Veterans
  • Unique challenges of Guard/Reserve members and their families

Senior Reach
Senior Reach
Effective October 2nd, 2024, Jefferson Center has sunsetted the Senior Reach program and is no longer accepting Senior Reach referrals. We continue to provide specialized behavioral health services designed to meet the needs of older adults through our newly renamed Older Adult Services program (formerly Senior Services Outpatient Program), which offers therapy via telehealth and in person at our multiple locations across Clear Creek, Gilpin, and Jefferson Counties. Our community can continue to access services by calling Jefferson Center at 303-425-0300 or by visiting jcmh.org. Thank you to our community for your support and serving our Older Adults through Senior Reach for more than 20 years! We look forward to continuing serving you through our Older Adult Services programs.
