To make sure you get all your appointment confirmations and reminders, just make sure your provider has your current email and/or cell phone number on file. Appointment notifications will come from the number 58138, so keep an eye out!
Telehealth links change at every appointment. To ensure direct access to your provider and virtual appointment, please click directly on the Mend link you receive via email/text.
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for events such as inclement weather, you’ll get a notification via your preferred method of communication. Mend helps us keep you informed in every step of your journey!
Paying for your care is now simpler than ever. Before your appointment, you’ll get a secure text/email reminder from Mend prompting you to complete your copayment form. You can even save up to two forms of payment on file for fast, automatic payments.
