Prerequisites for New Hires

Credentialing Process

All Jefferson Center new hires will be subject to the following prior to hire, as applicable:

  1. Background checks (including but not limited to Fingerprinting, Drug Screening, CAPS, Trails, USA Criminal, USA Offender, FACIS Level 3, Motor Vehicle Record).
  2. TB & Hep B testing
  3. Physical fitness test
  4. Credentialing & NPI application
