Connecting with Our Programs and Services

 With years of experience and clinical certifications, teams across Jefferson Center utilize both compassionate care and clinical understanding to make the referral process simple and fast, helping people get connected to the care they need, when they need it.

Adult Residential Recovery

Multi-disciplinary care teams work with individuals on their recovery journey. With 20 hours of weekly care including individual and group therapies, Peer Services, evidence-based modalities, and discharge planning, people will receive personalized care and support to ensure they can take the next steps in their journey with confidence.

Youth Residential Recovery

Now open!

We provide an inclusive environment for youth ages 13-18 that is purposefully and thoughtfully integrated in its approach to recovery through discovery, personal growth, connection, and hope.

Youth Crisis Stabilization

The only youth Crisis Stabilization Unit in the state of Colorado, we help youth experiencing suicidal and/or homicidal thoughts, self-harm, or other presenting problems. We work alongside youth to help them set goals and get back to their communities.

Walk-in Crisis Center

Our expert crisis teams are here to support individuals going through mental health crises, seeing each person within 15-60 minutes. People will receive confidential counseling, resources, and referrals to ensure ongoing care. Our compassionate team will also follow-up 24 hours to check-in and provide additional support.

Withdrawal Management

The detox team cares for adults 18 years and older who are intoxicated or under the influence. Our 30-bed, communal withdrawal space ensures 24-hour supervision, observation, and support as people they progress through detox. Care continues with referrals to residential recovery, sober living, and other supports to ensure people can continue on their recovery journey.

Substance Use Services

Jefferson Center is a licensed mental health and substance use treatment facility, providing evidence-based practices for ongoing substance use care. Individuals can receive care through individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, case management, peer support, and more to help them find long-term recovery.

Blue Spruce Pharmacy

Blue Spruce Pharmacy provides convenient and comprehensive pharmacy services to all Jefferson Center locations, as well as the surrounding community. Our pharmacy services include personalized medication packaging, individual medication review, and immunizations.
