November 16, 2023 — We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you. Jefferson Center and WellPower, both well-respected community mental health centers, are coming together to become one non-profit organization on July 1, 2024. The new organization will serve the people of Clear Creek, Denver, Gilpin and Jefferson counties.

We want to assure you that if you are receiving care from Jefferson Center you don’t need to do anything. We are letting you know about our plans to merge and grow our services in July of next year. We are still the same organization, and we will continue to provide the same services that you rely on. 

Here are a few things you should know about this merger: 

• Your services and care team will not change. You can continue with your services just as before. 
• After the merger and combining the programs of Jefferson Center and WellPower, you’ll have access to a wider range of services. 
• Our new organization will be called WellPower.
