Jefferson Center provides client-centered services designed to meet your individual mental health, substance use, and wellness needs. We’re dedicated to meeting you where you are in your journey and working together to help you live a satisfying and hopeful life.
How do I get started?

1 Reach Out: Call or fill out our online Request Appointment form. You will connect with one of our incredible intake team members who will talk through what you are experiencing and point you to the care and resources you need. 

2 Your First Appointment: The first time you receive care can be scary. Your first meeting will be the chance for your clinician to get to know you and together, you will develop a care plan that works best for you. 

3 Stay Connected: Your mental health journey will be unique to you. As you continue through it, you can access important resources and services through Jefferson Center that will help you on your road to recovery. 

What happens when I call?
When you call Jefferson Center, you will be greeted by a member of our intake team. We want to know more about you, what brought you to Jefferson Center, and insurance/finance information. With this information, we will connect you to the care provider and program best for you. Our goal is to get you on the road to recovery as fast and easy as possible.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
We know it’s a first big step, but therapy is for everyone and each journey will look different. You will work with your care provider to see what treatments and schedule will work best for you. This will include working out a treatment plan that is unique to you, with goals that fit where you are in life, and the steps to reach these goals.

Fees & Medicaid Information
Jefferson Center accepts most forms of commercial insurance as well as Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, and other government-funded programs. We are very flexible and supportive in helping our clients with creative payment plans who may not be covered by insurance.

Visiting Our Campuses

For the health and safety of all staff, guests, and people we serve, our policies do not allow smoking, weapons, or pets (unless ADA certified service animal) on our campuses.

Blue Spruce Pharmacy

Blue Spruce Pharmacy provides convenient and comprehensive pharmacy services to all Jefferson Center locations, as well as the surrounding community.

Wellness Classes & Coaching

At Jefferson Center, we know how important the link between emotional and physical well-being is. Our wellness services offer both traditional and holistic alternatives that build on your unique strengths and interests, and help improve your total health – mind, and body!

Grievance Guide

You have the right to file a grievance about your mental health or substance use disorder services at Jefferson Center. A grievance is any dissatisfaction with any part of your mental health or substance use disorder services except adverse benefit determination (decision).
