- Our friendly front desk staff will transfer you to our Central Navigation team to get started
- Complete a brief 10-15 minute screening to give our team an idea of your goals and what services you’re interested in
- Provide our Central Navigation team with your insurance information
- Schedule a more in-depth intake session
- Complete your intake session and be matched with one of our experienced providers

In response to COVID-19 and in an effort to provide our clients with more flexibility when it comes to receiving confidential care, Jefferson Center has expanded our services to include telehealth appointments alongside traditional in-office appointments. Our team of experienced, licensed, professional clinicians helps over 34,000 people in your community each year.
