Wellness Classes
Each quarter, Jefferson Center offers a variety of wellness classes to meet the needs of both our clients and the community. The following types of classes are offered each quarter:
- Mental Health – anxiety and depression, stress and self-coaching.
- Physical Health – yoga and meditation, tai chi.
Classes are free to Medicaid clients and are a small fee (typically $5 – $10) for private insurance clients.

Mid-Morning Meditation
We are pleased to offer call-in morning meditation sessions each Thursday in partnership with the Jefferson County Public Library. Call in from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere you’d like, to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and set intentions.

Wellness Coaching
Our wellness coaching program can help you improve your overall wellness in 12 convenient sessions. Your coach will meet with you in person and by phone to create a personalized plan tailored to you and your family’s lifestyle. Health goals may include managing blood pressure, proper diet/nutrition, exercising regularly, reducing or quitting tobacco use and managing stress levels.
