Inclusion At Jefferson Center
Here at Jefferson Center, it is our mission to place diversity, equity, and inclusion at the forefront of our culture. Our LGBTQ+ Steering Committee has been on the front line of visibility and inclusivity for our employees and clients by advocating for gender affirming care as well as the inclusion of non-binary pronoun options, gender identity, other biological sex, name used, and sexual orientation information in our internal systems and communications. We also encourage our employees to participate in Denver Pride 2021. As part of a collaborative effort that involved the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Oversight Committee and marketing, gender inclusive restrooms are also now available at Center offices.

For Our Community
At Jefferson Center, it is our policy and our mission to be inclusive and mindful of the diversity of everyone who comes through our doors. We are passionate about building a community where mental health matters and equitable care is accessible to all races, ethnicities, abilities, socioeconomic statuses, ages, sexual orientations, gender expressions, religions, cultures, and languages. During the month of June this is especially true for our LGBTQ+ community.
Although we can’t celebrate in person this year, Denver PrideFest will hold their 5K, parade and marketplace online. Jefferson Center is proud to be a sponsor of the virtual resources marketplace and support the mental health and substance use disorder needs of our LGBTQ+ community. To learn more about how you can get involved or attend Denver Pridefest on June 26-27, visit Denver Pride.
