Each quarter, Jefferson Center offers a variety of wellness classes to meet the needs of both our clients and community. The classes are created with you in mind, as we look at managing stress, eating on a budget, gentle yoga, creating morning routines, creative writing and more.

Our classes are offered as a hybrid model – both in person at our Union Square and Independence locations and via zoom. Classes are free and open to clients and community members!
