Back to Blog

To our valued clients–

At Jefferson Center, we are excited to welcome clients and staff back to our offices for in-person care. We will be following public health guidance for mask wearing, so please be prepared for what to expect. Thank you for helping keep our staff clients and community safe and healthy.

Mask Policy Update

Currently, everyone entering our buildings is required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.

You are not alone—reach out if you need support

We know that the uncertainty of our current health crisis, along with changes to our daily lives can cause feelings of anxiety and stress. Please know that you are not alone. We are just a phone call away. Please reach out if you need support, or just want to talk with someone.

Here’s how our community can access mental health and substance use treatment:

  • Telehealth Appointments: telehealth stations are available at our Indy and West Colfax locations for clients who want to schedule a telehealth appointment but need assistance with the technology.
  • We have added in-person clinical services to our Independence and West Colfax locations and are now adding our Evergreen Office for a limited number of in-person appointments.
  • All outpatient therapy is being conducted via phone and video. Please call 303-425-0300 to schedule an appointment. New clients are welcome!
  • Our residential programs remain open with limitations to visitors.
  • Pharmacy and nursing services are available onsite at our Independence and West Colfax locations only. Anyone accessing these services will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms.
    • Blue Spruce Pharmacy – Both locations will remain open for clients to fill any prescriptions. Pharmacies are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
      • PAP – If you receive medications via the PAP program, PAP staff will direct you to one of these two offices to pick up your medicines when they are ready.
      • Nursing Services – Nursing staff will be available by appointment only to administer injectable medications and fill med boxes according to schedule, to coordinate the delivery of PAP medications, and to check vital signs as needed and ordered by a prescriber. Please contact 303-435-0300 if you need to schedule an appointment.
  • Crisis services remain available 24/7. If you are in crisis, please call us at 303-425-0300 or by calling the crisis line at (844) 493-8255. The 24/7 crisis walk-in center and withdrawal management program is open at 4643 Wadsworth Blvd, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.

We so appreciate the outpouring of support and encouragement we have received from our community. It is because of all of you that Jefferson Center is able to strengthen our community during this time and make sure that mental health matters and care is accessible to all.

Please support these critical care services by contributing to our COVID-19 Support Fund on our Colorado Gives Page. Your donation will help us continue to provide essential mental health and substance use treatment now and well into the future.

If you have questions about any of our services, how to access these services, or how things have changed, call our main number at 303-425-0300.

Thank you,

Your Jefferson Center Care Team
